WHO WE ARE
MStudio Asia runs three photo and video halls at 22-31 Soi Ruam Sin Inthradet, Talat Nuea, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83000, Thailand, and rents lighting, grip and camera equipment alongside them.
We decide what happens to the details you send us, which under Thai and European law makes us the data controller. Everything below is our responsibility, not a supplier’s.

WHAT WE COLLECT
WHAT YOU HAND US
Your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email, the dates and hours you want, the hall you are after, and whatever you write in the message box. A rental request also records which piece of equipment you asked for.
WHAT YOUR BROWSER MENTIONS
Which pages you opened, the site that sent you, your country, and roughly what device and browser you used. This arrives as counts, not as a file with your name on it.
WHAT COMES UP IN CONVERSATION
Messages on WhatsApp, email threads and notes from calls about your shoot, kept with the rest of the booking.
We never ask you for identity documents, card numbers or bank details through this website. If a payment is involved it is arranged separately and directly.

WHY WE USE IT
To answer your enquiry and quote you, which is the whole reason the form exists. To run a booking once you confirm one, because we cannot hold a hall without knowing who it is for.
To keep the accounting and tax records Thai law requires of a registered business. And to look at page counts so we know which parts of the site are worth writing more of.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
An enquiry that never turns into a booking is deleted after twelve months. Most of them get answered, quoted and closed long before that.
A confirmed booking becomes part of our accounting records and is kept for the period Thai tax law requires, currently five years. Analytics figures are aggregate and are never tied back to a person, so there is nothing individual to delete.

WHO ELSE TOUCHES IT
This site is built and hosted on Framer, which also produces our page-count figures. Form submissions arrive in our Google mailbox. Messages you send on WhatsApp travel through Meta. Videos on the site are hosted on YouTube.
Each of those companies handles data under its own terms, and each one is a company we chose because it is standard, not because it pays us. We do not add advertising or lead-generation services on top.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
The site does not set advertising cookies and does not run a tracking pixel. Our page counts are collected in aggregate rather than by following individuals from site to site.
An embedded YouTube player can set its own cookies once you press play on a video. If that matters to you, do not press play, or block third-party cookies in your browser - the rest of the site works exactly the same.

YOUR RIGHTS
Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to withdraw consent you gave earlier. If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you the same set plus the right to receive your data in a portable form.
Email mstudioasia@gmail.com and say what you want done. We do not charge for this and we do not ask you to fill in a form to make the request. The law allows thirty days to reply; in practice it takes us a day or two.
If you think we have handled something badly, tell us first - but you are also entitled to complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand, or to your own supervisory authority in Europe.

WHERE YOUR DATA GOES
The studio is in Phuket, but the services that host this website and carry our mail store data on servers outside Thailand, mostly in the EU and the United States. Sending us an enquiry means that transfer happens.
We rely on providers that commit to recognised safeguards for those transfers. We do not move your details anywhere else on our own initiative.

CHILDREN
This website is meant for people booking a studio, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen. Minors appearing on a shoot are the responsibility of the adult who books the hall.
If a child has sent us something through this site, write to us and it will be removed.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The date at the top of this page is the version you are reading. When something material changes - a new provider, a new kind of data, a different retention period - we update that stamp and the section it affects rather than quietly rewriting the page.
Nothing here reduces rights you already have under Thai or European law.
